TOUR PLANNING SERVICES

Are you an individual, a family, a group, or an organization and you’re looking for a customized guided tour (incl. private local guide, driver and transport) in Northeast India (Meghalaya, Manipur and Tripura), Chhattisgarh, Spiti Valley, Ladakh, Zanskar and Kashmir?

We can help with planning and organizing (and in some circumstances guiding) your tour in these places.

OUR TOUR PLANNING SERVICES INCLUDE:

Connecting you with a suitable local tour guide and/or driver who can meet all your requirements.

A detailed day-by-day itinerary that suits all your interests and needs.

All activities, accommodation and logistics (with the exception of to and from tickets (flight and/or train) from your hometown to the destination and international flights) will be taken care of.

Receiving visual content to promote the tour to your group members (if you’re part of an organization).

PRICING TOUR PLANNING SERVICES:

Our tour planning services are free of charge as I’ll connect you to a local guide who will take care of your itinerary and logistics. He will send you a quote for the tour after the first consulation. I only charge a fee for additional services, such as travel consultancy or itinerary planning (see below) if applicable.

But you don’t know where to begin? Do you already have a (rough) itinerary but you are struggling with some details and/or still have many questions? Are you looking for tailored advice, itinerary feedback and/ or specific recommendations on activities, lodging, transportation, etc.?

We will be happy to be your travel consultant and share our knowledge and expertise with you!

We are always happy to answer a couple of your questions via email but if you have a lot of questions, want to go into detail and/or seek detailed (itinerary) feedback and specific recommendations, I kindly ask you to book a consultation with us.

OUR TRAVEL CONSULTATION SERVICES INCLUDE:

A 30-minute or 50-minute one-on-one consultation via phone or video call

Ask me all your questions and I’ll offer you all the practical (travel) information and recommendations you’re looking for.

We will go through the itinerary you already made and we’ll give you our feedback and recommendations.

If you don’t have an itinerary yet, we will offer suggestions and recommendations so that you have a rough itinerary by the end of the consultation.

PRICING FOR TRAVEL CONSULTATION (GST INCL):

30-minute consultation (via WhatsApp or Zoom): ₹ 2500.00

60-minute consultation (via WhatsApp or Zoom): ₹ 4500.00

ITINERARY PLANNING SERVICES

Planning and creating a good itinerary can be very time-consuming. That’s why we offer personalized itinerary planning services to help independent travellers with organizing the best possible travel itinerary that meets their interests and needs.

OUR ITINERARY PLANNING SERVICES INCLUDE:

Discussing your interests, budget and time frame via email or video consultation.

A detailed day-by-day itinerary send by email with practical information, resources and links to lodging, transport, activities and/or tours (We will not make the bookings on your behalf but we will provide you with links to make the booking process easier).

Follow-up emails to make adjustments to the itinerary if needed, clarify anything in the planning and/or additional questions.

Based on our own experiences and expertise, I currently offer itinerary planning services for Northeast India (Meghalaya, Manipur and Tripura), Chhattisgarh, Spiti Valley, Ladakh, Zanskar and Kashmir.

PRICING ITINERARY PLANNING SERVICES (GST INCL):

1-week itinerary: ₹ 2500.00

10-days itinerary: ₹ 4000.00

More than 10 days: ₹ 6000.00

Please send your inquiry at the latest 8 weeks before your intended date of travel.

TERMS & PAYMENTS

I kindly request you to contact me at least 8 weeks before your intended date of travel to ensure enough time for planning and other arrangements.

Payment travel consultation: Once we have agreed on a time and date, I will send you an invoice. Full payment is required in advance of the consultation.

Payment itinerary planning services: After our initial conversation, I will send you an invoice. Full payment is required in advance of the consultation in order to receive the detailed day-by-day itinerary.

Payments can be made by direct bank deposit or via Wise UPI. Any wire or bank fees are the customer’s responsibility. Payments are non-refundable. For International customers, payments can be done by bank transfer or PayPal.
